Welcome to the registration page for The Wimbledon Mosque Madrasa.
Please complete the form below to register your child(ren) for the 2026–2027 academic year.

If you are registering more than one child, you can add additional children within the same registration.

Before you begin

  • Please allow approximately 10–15 minutes to complete the form.
  • Fields marked * are required.
  • Please have details of your child’s current Qur’an reading level available.
  • If your child has any medical conditions or SEND requirements, please include this information so we can provide appropriate support.
