1. Admission Criteria
    1. Admission will be given to children who are 6 years old.
    2. The parent/guardian will be liable to pay a fee as follows:
      • 1 child: £120 or £40 per term
      • 2 children: £180 or £60 per term
      • 3 children or more: £240 or £80 per term
    3. All students shall be assessed upon admission and at regular periods during their education.
  2. Madresa Dress Code
    1. All students shall be expected to conform to Islamic guidelines, as advised by their teachers, in relation to dress and appearance.
    2. Boys: must wear a jubba/thowb and topee. Girls: must wear an Abaya and a headscarf.
  3. Absences and Attendance
    1. All students must be punctual and regular in their attendance in class.
    2. Students must attend and arrive on time; late arrivals or early departures are only allowed in exceptional circumstances, supported by a letter from the parent/guardian.
    3. Students leaving without notice or valid reason may be placed on a waiting list at the committee’s discretion.
    4. All absences must be explained by a note signed by the parent/guardian.
    5. Absence of 2 weeks or more without notification will automatically terminate the child’s place.
  4. Behaviour Policy
    1. All students and parents must conform to all rules and regulations, with no exceptions.
    2. Any disrespect toward teachers or staff is inexcusable and may lead to exclusion.
    3. The Madresa reserves the right to terminate any student’s admission when deemed necessary.
    4. Students deemed harmful to the Madresa or others will be excluded; decisions are final by the committee.
    5. Terminated students have no legal remedy against the Madresa.
  5. General Rules
    1. Students must not bring unnecessary items and must look after their belongings.
    2. The Madresa is not responsible for loss or damage to student belongings.
    3. Parents/guardians are liable for any damage to Madresa property.
    4. Students must bring and maintain necessary materials (Qaidas, Juz Amma, Qur’an, syllabus books).
    5. Administrative decisions (class allocations, timings, holidays, syllabus) are at the sole discretion of the Madresa committee.
    6. The Madresa is not responsible for transport arrangements or incidents off premises.
    7. The Madresa may amend or introduce rules at any time.
    8. In any dispute, the Madresa’s decision is binding and final.
